The Weekly Workshop program is designed for XanGo distributors that are 100% committed to taking their business to the next level between now and the Las Vegas Regional Event in April.
In order to participate in the Weekly Workshops, the following must be true:
- I am on an Auto-Ship of at least 200 PV.
- I am a registered member of XGoPro.
- I have purchased my ticket to the North America Convention in Orlando.
- I commit to attending the LIVE Weekly Workshops via conference call whenever possible.
- I commit to listening to the recorded Weekly Workshops if I cannot make the live call.
- I commit to attending the Weekly Workshop Accountability Calls.
- I commit to making daily 90-second call to my upline.
- I commit to making my performance in the Weekly Workshops a high priority in my life.
Weekly Workshop Materials
Accountability Call Outline - This is the outline that Accountability Teams should follow during their Weekly Accountability Calls.
Accountability Group Tracking Sheet - This spreadsheet tracks the progress of each Weekly Workshop member, the Accountability Teams as well as teh Weekly Workshop group as a whole. This link will allow you to view the document, but not edit it. Only the Team Recorders have the ability to input data into the spreadsheet.
Weekly Workshop Roster, Team List and Contest Scores - A complete list of all participants, their contact info, their assigned Accountability Team as well as their current contest scores.

Weekly Workshop Structure
There are several layers of structure to the Weekly Workshops.
Weekly Workshops - This is our Weekly Workshop conference call that all participants tune into every week. These calls will feature some of XanGo's top leaders as guest speakers and each call will focus on specific skills critical to building a XanGo organization. Additionally, weekly assignments will be given that help participants to re-enforce the information with action.
Accountability Teams - Participants will be divided into Accountability Teams of 4-6 people per team. Each team will have a Team Recorder that is responsible for tracking the team's weekly goals and accomplishments on a supplied spreadsheet.
Weekly Accountability Calls - Each Accountability Team will be responsible for setting up their own time to meet via conference call on a weekly basis. These calls are led by the Team Leader, a position that is passed around the team every week. During these calls, each team member will share their accomplishments for the previous week and their goals for the coming week (which will be recorded by the Team Recorder). This is also a time for team members to discuss the weekly assignments with each other and have discussions related to building their businesses.
