This is by far one of the best investments you could ever make!
Most people would agree that their time is worth more than $12 per hour. So, if that is true, then why do we spend so much of our time on tedious tasks that could easily be done by somebody else for $12 per hour or less? Your time should be spent on things that bring you satisfaction, fulfillment, and move you towards your long-term goals (like your XanGo business).
AskSunday is the best virtual assistant service that I have found to date. They have great customer service and the assistants speak and understand English well (a big plus over many other virtual assistants).
I would at least encourage you to do the 30-day trial period, get creative, have some fun with it and see what happens.

Elance
Do you have a great idea for a project but don't have the skills (or want to take the time) to do it yourself? Elance is a network of freelance professionals that can be hired to do just about anything you need done. I've used Elance to hire video editors, web designers and others for projects that require more specialized skills than myself or my virtual assistant posses.

Jing Project
Jing is one of my all-time favorite programs! Have you ever been on the phone trying to walk somebody through doing something on their computer but you get frustrated because you can't see exactly what they are doing?
Open up Jing, hit record and Jing will record a video of everything you are doing on your computer AND will record audio so you can talk people through whatever you are showing them! Once you are done, click on 'share' and your video is immediately uploaded online so that you can send a link to anybody that you would like to show the video to!
p.s. This is a great tool for assigning computer tasks to your virtual assistant instead of typing up detailed instructions!

Jott
Go to Jott.com and upload your favorite contacts (friends, family, upline, downline, assistant, etc...). Then, add Jott to your speed dial. Next time you are out and about and you need to send a quick message to one of your contacts, simply call Jott, speak the name of the person you are messaging and then speak your message. Jott will automatically transcribe your message into an e-mail and/or a text message and send it to the person you selected!
Aweber E-mail List Management
After pouring over the many e-mail list management services out there, I decided on Aweber as the one for me and it was a great decision. Aweber provides better features and ease-of-use than anything else out there. A HUGE time-saver over other services!

ING Direct
I know. It probably seems weird that I have a bank on this page, however, ING made the list because it is a great time-saver.
I hate writing checks. I hate buying stamps. I hate dealing with snail-mail. ING's Electric Orange checking account allows you to quickly and easily send checks electronically or through the mail for free!
On top of that, there are practically no fees of any kind with any of their accounts and they will give you a far better interest rate than you will ever get at any traditional bank. Plus, their color is orange!! ;-)
